Meet Vicki

I’ve been quilting for over 20 years, but I truly fell in love with creating memory items about seven years ago. What started as a passion project quickly became a heartfelt mission—helping people preserve the stories, emotions, and milestones behind their most meaningful clothing and fabrics. From memory quilts and T-shirt quilts to memory bears, each piece I create is made with care, attention to detail, and deep respect for the memories it represents.

I’ve been married for 30 years and am the proud mom of two wonderful kids. By day, I work full-time as an optician, and by night (and weekends!) you’ll usually find me at my sewing machine. I live in Grandville and love spending my free time hiking, biking, and getting lost in a good book.

Creating memory pieces allows me to blend my love of creativity with my love of people—and I’m honored to be part of your story.

Meet Aimee

My love of sewing dates back to my very early childhood. My Grandmother started to teach me to embroider when I was young; as early as 6 or 7 years old. I still remember how magical it was to go to the local dime store, choose my very own skeins of floss in whatever color I wanted, and then return to Grandma's house where she would teach me new stitches.

Fast forward to adulthood - I made pajamas for my kids when they were small but really didn't sew very much until I fell in love with quilting. It only took one lesson with my best friend, and I quickly fell in love with the art of quilting. I made quilts for my kids and family members and made my first memory quilt for my Aunt when a favorite Uncle passed away. This fueled my love for sewing and my passion for quilting grew stronger.

Being asked to create keepsakes is an honor I will never take lightly. Every project is made with careful precision and filled with respect for the person who wore the clothing I am crafting into what will become a cherished keepsake for their loved ones that are missing them.

When I'm not sewing, I love to garden and spend time with my two adult kids. My husband and I were married in 2023, and we love going on day trips, hiking with our dogs and spending time at the beach in the summer.
